I don’t know whose Monday morning this is

But I wish they would come and get it

because it sure ain’t mine

Dark clouds muscling in over the sun

Brimming with threats of storms

Inspire me to pull the sheet up over my head and go back to sleep

Time out from the busy-ness

One lazy summer day

To recover from life
